I-Lock
Our FFC/FPC connector with I-Lock type has a form fitting pre-locking for the flex foil to keep it in position already before locking it and to increase the foil extension force.
Auto-Lock
During the insertion process our Auto I-Lock™ technology facilitate an automated locking of the foil. With the opportunity of a full automated assembly we equip you for industry 4.0.
Floating
Movement of the contact pins in X/Y direction provides tolerance compensation in case of misalignment of the PCBs and significantly reduces the forces in the mating system. This makes the joining process easier for them and extends the service life of the connection.
Z-MOVE™
The extension of the successful “floating” concept. Movement of the contact pins in X/Y/Z direction provides tolerance compensation in case of misalignment of the PCBs and reduces forces in the mating system. In addition, the connection can compensate for resonance vibrations in the mating direction. This enables use even under harsh environmental conditions.
2-POINT
Two contact points ensure increased contact reliability including contamination.
